Our Policies and Terms
All merchants located outside of Colorado are not subject to sales tax. Sales tax may be applied, however, if you are purchasing outside of the
State of Colorado and having it shipped to a Colorado address.
Sales tax is charged, by law, on all applicable transactions to merchants within Colorado unless a Tax Exempt form is on file at ElectriConnection.
Credit terms and accounts can be established with a credit application. Credit accounts are set on a Net 30 days schedule unless otherwise specified. Contact us for a credit application.
All returns must be done within 45 days of item ship date or in-store pickup date, no exceptions, and be accompanied by the invoice and a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Buyer pays all shipping charges incurred (outbound and inbound) unless the item arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective. ElectriConnection is not responsible for any returned items that are damaged during shipping due to improper or inadequate packaging. No restock fee for items returned with a proper RGA within 45 days if still in received condition, and in original box, packaging or shrink-wrapping. 20% restock fee if returned within 45 days in received condition but not in original packaging. All sales final on Special Order Items (items which we procure from outside sources).
ElectriConnection is an authorized distributor of Havells, ISB Sola, Keystone, Duraguard and Econolight lighting products, as well as Edison Fuses and Phase-A-Matic phase converters. We are not authorized distributors of any other product line on our website.
Definitions of Item Condition
An item referred to as "New" or "New Surplus" has never been energized or used in its functional capacity. These items may come in original factory packaging which may or may not be tattered, damaged or show signs of wear. These items have often been purchased in bulk or lots and may not include any original manufacturer's packaging. "New Surplus" items sold by ElectriConnection are not covered by manufacturer warranty.
Items referred to as "New Take Out" fall under the "New Surplus" category and have never been energized. "Take Out" generally refers to circuit breakers which have been factory installed in new panelboards or loadcenters and have not been used in their functional capacity, but may also apply to other products including (but not limited to) fuses, breaker mounting hardware kits, bus plugs, etc. These items may have "bolt marks" or installation marks or wear associated with installation but are guaranteed to be never used/energized.
These items have been previously energized and used in service. These items have passed a multi-point inspection, and have been cleaned, tested and repaired to ElectriConnection refurbishment standards. These items are restored to as close to manufacturer "factory-new" specs as possible.
